The queen size dimensions mean that this inflatable mattress can accommodate queen size sheets. A fitted sheet can be hooked on each corner of the mattress, followed by the addition of a comforter and pillow to make a sleeping space that almost looks like an actual bed. Sometimes, depending on how well inflated the bed is, it may not accommodate a queen size sheet perfectly.
