From the reviews we read, the intex brand airbed got mixed reviews, however, priced within our budget. Even with most reviewers complained the intex airbed leaks, we decided to take a chance on this newer 2011 model. The airbed arrived, very well packaged and within 3 days. Compared with the other airbed, the intex airbed seems to be built with a thicker material, and the handy built in inflation pump is much easier to use than the separate handheld pump, and it inflates much faster & quieter. We got the new airbed inflated in about 2~3 minutes, let it sit overnight and no leakage was detected. Used it for the following weekend when taking a trip to Florida, and it is as comfortable as a $1000 regular bed. It felt like a real bed, every once in a while i would have to add some air to firm it back up a little but it was still amazing. Not its mid to late October and the chambers are popping and its turning into this weird bubble.its still keeping air but i just don't wanna end up on the with no mattress and sleeping on the floor again! |
